This is our one true HIIT workout of the week. We work in short bursts of energy at a quick pace to get that heart rate up and calories torched.
This class is a low impact, strength building class. We focus on time under tension with slow and controlled movements going for quality over quantity of reps.
This class will push you physically and mentally with longer periods of working time. Choosing the right level and weights to keep moving will be important on these longer rounds.
Fridays we focus on strengthening our CORE! This is a full body movement class with fundamental movements that engage and strengthen the core.
Our one and only lower body focused class! We target the glutes and hamstrings to help build that booty!
