We offer a variety of group classes throughout the week, designed to fit busy schedules. Our interval-based training includes high-intensity, low-impact, and functional movement days, ensuring balanced and effective workouts. We also offer a women-only strength program and a youth program for female athletes. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer evening sessions, we have options to suit your routine.

Level up training schedule

DYNAMO

This class focuses on dynamic, explosive, plyometric movements. We work single sided exercises for balance and coordination, as well as agility.

TABATA

This is our one true HIIT workout of the week. We work in short bursts of energy at a quick pace to get that heart rate up and calories torched.

LIIT

This class is a low impact, strength building class. We focus on time under tension with slow and controlled movements going for quality over quantity of reps.

Hyrox training at Level Up

HYROX

HYROX training builds total-body strength and endurance through functional, race-style workouts. All classes are coach-led, scalable, and designed for every fitness level.

AB LAB

Fridays we focus on strengthening our CORE! This is a full body movement class with fundamental movements that engage and strengthen the core.

BOOTY

Our one and only lower body focused class! We target the glutes and hamstrings to help build that booty!
