TABATA
This is our one true HIIT workout of the week. We work in short bursts of energy at a quick pace to get that heart rate up and calories torched.
LIIT
This class is a low impact, strength building class. We focus on time under tension with slow and controlled movements going for quality over quantity of reps.
HYROX
HYROX training builds total-body strength and endurance through functional, race-style workouts. All classes are coach-led, scalable, and designed for every fitness level.
AB LAB
Fridays we focus on strengthening our CORE! This is a full body movement class with fundamental movements that engage and strengthen the core.
BOOTY
Our one and only lower body focused class! We target the glutes and hamstrings to help build that booty!
